Phishing and Vishing Awareness
In response to the increasing prevalence of fraudulent schemes, we urge you to heighten your vigilance. Below are technical insights and guidance to assist you in detecting attempted scams and reinforcing your security posture.
What is phishing?
Phishing is a deceptive practice intended to harvest personal and confidential data via email—such as login credentials and credit card details—to coerce the recipient into performing unauthorized financial transactions.
What is vishing (Voice Phishing)?
Vishing is a telephone-based phishing method utilized to extort confidential security data or solicit payment instructions.
In both instances, perpetrators falsely operate under the banner of your financial institution.
Olky highlights specific red flags to assist in mitigating these frequent cyber threats.
Key Vigilance Indicators

💡 Security RecommendationsRecent Fraud Detections
We have recently observed an increase in fraudulent web pages impersonating OlkyPay or the Olky Group, often featuring unauthorized and unofficial contact numbers.
Perpetrators typically aim to solicit financial products via email or telephone through these deceptive pages. Fraudsters frequently exploit high-visibility, user-configurable platforms such as « Yellow Pages » and « Google Business Profiles » to disseminate this misinformation.
Exercise maximum vigilance. The Olky Group and its affiliates do not publish contact numbers on public web pages. All secure communications should be conducted exclusively via the web-banking portal at my.olky.eu to ensure data confidentiality.
Non-clients may report suspicious activity via our formal fraud suspicion declaration form.
